Shed a medium size tan dog with a white diamond shape on the back of her head! She has white colored paws and her nose is pink and brown

Please help me find Bella! She was rescued 7 years ago and she’s been everything to our family. She is very friendly and very active dog. She has never been away from home. She has a white dining shape on the back of her neck and white paws she’s overall tan. She loves meat and treats she will not come near vegetables or fruit. Please notify me if you have seen her!
