Please call LMPD to file a found dog report & they can pick up to scan for chip. Also they will hold until the owners are found. Thanks.

Do you mean McMoran Park which is on Mary Waterford Road in Belmont Hills? I shared your post on the Lower Merion Township Lost and Found pet page and someone responded saying that they have seen a man in that area walking a German Shepherd on a leash. If you have not done so already, please contact the Lower Merion police at 610-649-1000 and provide them with information about this dog in case it's owners call the police looking for him. The police will also come out and scan the dog for a chip.
