Description

Little Brown dog lite color with some white. Looks kinda dirty without a collar. Might be a Chihuahua mix longhaired. Don't know how old but could be 2 years or possibly older.

They gave the dog food and water. I almost had the dog, I had been sitting on the ground for a while and she was coming to me and very interested in peanut butter. Then the neighbor came home (husband of the original poster) and started yelling at me to get off his neighbor's property and to leave the dog alone. That his wife posted to find owners not to have someone come help the dog. He said I can't take the dog if I take it to Ventura County Animal Services because they will the dog. I told them no they won't just the dog. The dog is at risk out here because it could get hit by a car or eaten by a predator. He didn't want to hear any reasoning. Didn't care about checking a microchip. Told ME to go ask his neighbor down the street if the dog was hers. I told him to go do that himself if he doesn't want anyone else helping.
