We understand your pain and losing a family member like yours is not easy. We rescued kittens over a month ago and we have 5 left and waiting for Oracle Animal Rescue & Rehabilitation to give us a call on when we can TNR. The kittens have been handled and 3 of them are very tame and lovable. If your interested let us know. We do not mind them staying around as barn cats but in reality, they would be better off with someone responsible and may do well indoors. The problem here in Mammoth' especially living by the San Pedro River is that we have lots of predators who cats up. Bob cats, Coyotes, Owls, Cougars can these little babies up, even older cats. We have witnessed it first hand. There were more kittens available but they continue to go next door and hang out in an empty yard and home then we never see them again. The elderly lady who fed their Mom no longer resides there. We've managed to give away another litter before this litter to a rehab facility. This is a new precious set who is slowly disappearing. We are Seniors and at our age we won't commit to bringing them indoors. If you or anyone you know who wants a new kitten, keep us posted. They are very healthy except the very tiny one who we rescued separately from another feral cat. The tiny one was rescued after we found her in heat distress. We can provide photos! Katie and Paul
