Frankie slipped out the slider door while bird watching. We are new to the area and she is unfamiliar with being outside. She is quite skittish in new or loud environments or with people she doesn't know. She has a loving family and we just want her home. $500 reward if found and returned.

Tips to find an indoor cat. It’s so hard when new to the area as there are no scents for her to follow. Go out as much as you can during the early morning and after dusk. Crack open a window to listen for meows. She should stay close but time is of the essence so be proactive. Ask neighbors to check garages sheds and under decks. Let local police and animal control know in case somebody finds her that isn’t on social media. Open garage door and then door leading into the house after dusk and she might walk in on her own. You might want to set a trap if she doesn’t show up soon. If they come out at night and it’s not a time your out she will go back into hiding. Some people say they will try to go back to their old home, how dar away was that hime ? Shared wit hope. Also post on Next Door
