Young female German shepherd. No collar or tags.

This sweet girl showed up at my parents' hse at the end of May/ beginning of June. She does not have a collar. We tried to get her in our car to take her to the vet for a chip scan, but she flt out refused. She is being fed & watered, but my parents are not physically able to care for a pet long term.
