LOST(?) DOG SIGHTING • 9/2/26, 11:30AM: border collie breed, merle coat (black, white/grey specks) - - - Your dog was seen in Diamond Heights, running north on Duncan (cross street Amber). They crossed Diamond Heights Boulevard and dashed down the private driveway that connects with Carnelian Way. The dog was not sniffing around, pausing, or wandering, but running quite fast in a single direction - like they knew where they were going? (They even used the crosswalk.) I couldn't visually confirm, but heard the jangling of a collar & tag. Luckily, drivers were alert - there was almost a collision.
