I’ve seen this dog walking around the neighborhood so I put out some food and water for it. He’s so skinny and needs a bath badly. He doesn’t get on with my cats so cannot stay. I'll keep food and water out for him. Please contact me if you know this dog. He has a tan top paw collar no tag and seems to dislike dry food. May be hard of hearing? Growls a lot but seems to enjoy sitting next to me but not being touched (which is ok as he really does need a bath). Oh and he has a curly pig tail. Very charming for such a growly stinker.
