Description
Brown and Black shih tzu or malti poo mix. About 10-15lbs Knows sit, paw, stays to get leashed, good on leash. Is very matted, skin looks okay, missing some hair in patches. Im sure he belongs to someone. Couldnt find a chip in him. Found him on birnamwood near Pundt Park hiding under moving cars. 5 strangers help me catch him to prevent him from getting hurt. (Thank you!) Please reach out with proof of ownership or images of he belongs to you.
