This guy was spotted this morning and then again in the afternoon. He’s been seen going through yards and lounging on driveways. He is friendly, I got him to come up to me and eat a piece of chicken out my hand. I just couldn’t get him with a leash or pick him up. He ran when he saw the leash. He seems well fed and not matted, but he didn’t have a collar on. He ran up to my car several times to say hi and then ran off when I attempted to catch him.
