Jojo is Missing in Las Vegas, NV

About 5 days ago my babies were either given away or sold. This is Jojo, he is an ESA animal and is 5 years old and always cat calls. (Also missing- lighter grey, Sammy, is 3 years old and whistles, "We wish you a merry Christmas" very clearly. He also had an old injury on his left wing and isn't the greatest flyer. He has his own utube channel SAMMY THE CHRISTMAS COCKATIEL (look for the profile with the Christmas lights is the background.) Also missing- The youngest is Charlie, he's my two year old and also whistles the same song non stop. He comes when called and is extremely friendly.) They are all three social and friendly guys. Please, share. I'm filing a police report and will be filing a suit for the return of my property as well in court. But for now I just want to get their faces out there. The backstory is that I lost my place and became homeless and they agreed to foster them and ended up changing their phone number breeding them and then they disappeared five days ago. I went to the foster hse because I couldn't get a hold of them and they claim that somebody with a bad spirit came into their and within an hour, they all dropped dead. There are other birds that lived. I did some investigating and things don't just add up. I don't believe my birds . They cannot tell me where the bodies are. They lied and said they were at a pet cemetery and can't tell me where. They kept saying they were overwhelmed and had too many birds. They tried to rent me a couple of rooms out of their so how can they afford a pet cemetery burial for my three birds and also some of theirs that supposedly all ? I was desperate for a place for my birds for a few months and when I met them through a friend from church. Their was very clean and they had a couple of birds that had very clean cages. They seemed like very nice people- and everything was different when I went back there yesterday. If you've seen my three boys or bought them or know anything about them, please contact me. Five days ago was the time they claim they . They also have more birds at that . They were breeding my boys and showing me their offspring fledglings and their mates and so on. I told them they had no permission to breed my birds at all. I don't breed birds. This is my family of cockatiels and they are my babies! I'm beyond heartbroken and devastated. Every single night I'm away from them, I'm waking up sweating and worried about them and this is my worst fear come true. I can't eat. I can't sleep.
