This cat is having some respiratory issue and shallow breathing. The city does not want to help this cat out. ACO came by, Rosanna, and said "the cat looks fine" this cat is not ok!!!! it obvious this cat is shallow breathing and Rosanna claim that it is from "stress". This is far from true, the shelter does not want to help this cat. They are avoiding my calls!!!!! can somoene help this cat pls, the city deos not want to help!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe because this cat could be lost or dumped! I’m sure there are rescues that follow this page and may now be aware of the situation. If you know of anyone who can help this cat, that would be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to share this information. Thank you!

Can you bring kitty inside to safety, food and water and then take to a vet to scan for chip? The vet may also recognize the kitty and be able to contact its owners. Check with other local vets as well and contact the police. Also post fliers. And beware of bad actors!!! Also keep checking Nextdoor and Pawboost for cats found in and near your zip code.
