Description

Light grey with whitish grey chest area and dark stripes that blend in, bright yellow eyes, small medium build, very friendly and playful and will come to the name kitty. I believe she is a female, she was a stray I found abandoned in the middle of nowhere so not sure if she was spayed or a neutered male but I think female.

Message from Owner

Please help me find my kitty! My 3 year old and I miss her very much! She usually hangs around our property all day and follows us around and is inside throughout the day to eat and sleep. We let her outside to play in the yard during the day but always always bring her in before dark, she always stays in our yard and does not leave our property and is always seen all day long so it is really unusual for her not to be seen and for her to not have come when I called her in for the night! We are really worried about her and really want her to come home! Please help us find our kitty we miss her and are very worried! Thank you! ❤️

Cook chicken on the grill. Put catnip outside. Play YouTube videos of kittens crying and shine a laser cat toy around the bushes.

I have looked for her everywhere on my property and looked for any signs a predator may have gotten her, and there are no signs of her yet. 😭 I've looked with a flashlight at night every night since she disappeared and have not found her. Today I am going to make flyers and go to neighbors that I haven't talked to yet. I have talked to my immediate neighbors and nobody has seen her, we live in an area where people have huge pastures and fields and there are a lot of areas she could have gone that I don't have access to. She never leaves too far from the house though and always would come when I called so this is really unusual so I think she may be at someone's house somewhere. I am really hoping it wasn't a predator because at night around here there are a lot but I always have her in at night. I am so sad missing her please share my post if you can to any other lost pet groups in our area if possible! I've posted in several lost pet groups from our area but if anyone has any other suggestions on groups to post to let me know! I drove around the area yesterday too to look and didn't see anything. Putting up flyers today. 😭 I appreciate shares and help! Thank you!

General Information: Set up a scent station. Hang clothes with your scent on it (Worn clothing from owner) high up outside so the familiar scent can travel and guide the cat back home. NO CAT BOX OR FOOD. Ask your neighbors to check their yard/could be accidently stuck in their garage or shed. (If applicable) Check doorbell or home camera - or ask neighbors to check their camera. Post Fliers with a picture of the cat and your contact information in the area the cat went missing. Not everyone is on Social Media and posters have worked in that if spotted a location can be provided. If a cat is scared they make themselves safe by finding a good hiding spot and often times hide in silence. Look in bushes - bring a flashlight and look for shining eyes. Best time to find your cat is in the early morning hours when the noise level is low and they feel safe. Leave an access point open for the cat to return. This is important if they do come back in the middle of the night. Prayers your cat returns/ or is found safely. Beware of scammers.

Go around late at night calling them with food and flashlight to catch their eyes. Check around your neighborhood under houses and in small places where they may hide. Put stuff out that has yours and their scent on it. Mainly their litter box and sprinkle their used litter around the yard as they'll recognize the smell and it'll deter other animals from coming around. Hang flyers around for people to see. Check shelters and vets daily. Update chip info if they have a chip and its has not been update since a move. Ask neighbors to check in their garages incase they ended up trapped in one and to check their cameras in case they appeared on them to get a sense of direction they could be. I pray you get your baby back safe and soon.
