Found female pitbull, tan with light eyes. Walking on Wilson rd on the back side of the springtree neighborhood. Was very thirsty and sluggish but perked right up. Very sweet. No collar

You need at Dollar Tree, grab 2 poster boards, fold them in half. Cut it, cut it again. You'll have 8 squares. Fill it out with permanent marker. Put your phone number on it, grab hammer and nails, get them up immediately immediately. Put one in the exact area.It was found in on the cross streets nearby and up , and down the main road , nearest to that area
