Male Ticked tabby

Ricky disappeared right after that week of heavy rains stopped in late June. He is a ticked tabby (without stripes on his body). Pictured here as a kitten with his mother. They look the same. Ricky is neutered & chipped. I do not know how friendly he would be with strangers. I would also like his mother back. She is not quite tame and not spayed or vetted but would like info on her. She left before I could get her spayed and didn't reappear with regularity enough for me to get her spayed. I haven't seen her since earlier in June. There are many stray & feral cats here that I work to TNR. Many of them disappeared during the heavy rains and only a few reappeared since. I was hoping he was with some of them or his mother and would have come back by now.
