Check all the local shelters. Someone might have turned the cat in. You have to go to the shelters with a picture. Calling never works. We live in FFX county and found a neighbors cat at Alexandria shelter. Go Luck in finding the cute furbaby. Hope he is safe and will be home soon.

Make sure you tell all your neighbors to talk to their kids about Mocha and show them his photo; kids are outside all the time and they may see him and wouldn't think twice that's it's a missing cat. Make flyers and deliver door to door! Ask neighbors to look in their sheds or garages (really look!) it's cold and Mocha may be hiding to keep warm! Also, one of the best tips I got when I lost my cat was to use the content of the vaccumm cleaner as a trail from a few streets around your house and around the block leading to your house. My cat came back this way! Lost cats for the most part stay close to home. When you go out at night hold a bowl with wet cat food that you heated in the microwave so the scent will attract hum even more; use a flash light and go to potential hiding spots. My best tip though? DONT GIVE UP! Go out every night and keep leaving items with your scent outside.

Put his litter box on your porch or one of his toys. Cats have a keen sence of smell and this will help guide him home. May God protect your fur baby until he returns home.
