He was both. He would go out and meander around our cul de sac. Everyone knew him, but he was inside most of the time. He was last seen in the woods behind one of our neighbors houses. I am thinking of trying a trap there. If you could loan me two traps, I could put two in the Woods. Please let me know where you live and I will pick them up. You can text me on 202-607-0040.
