Message from Finder
Found 2 large dogs roaming around the park , both with collars, 2 males, 1 brown/black German shepherd and the other all black, currently enclosed at the fenced enclosure by the washrooms at the end of the parking. Called constables and they called it in. Both dogs look well fed and taken care of. No leash just collars.
