My sister has been keeping this dog out of the elements and fed. However she is unable to keep her, not get near her. She leaves blankets and food on her porch and knows the dog comes back everyday but the second she tries to get close she takes off. All shelters are full. She has a pink collar and we're hoping someone will recognize her with in the next few days.
