That is a Pekingese dog. Please keep inside as they can't tolerate the heat because of their short noses. Please take this sweet furbaby to any Vet, SOME Fire Departments, Petco or PetSmart and have it scanned for a microchip..IT IS FREE to do so! If possible, put up signs/flyers up around the area/neighborhood where it was found as many people are not on Nextdoor, Facebook, Ring or any other social media sites & won't see your post but will see the signs that you put up especially the owner's who may be out LOOKING for their precious furbaby! Also, when the weather is cooler, possibly put a leash on it & walk it around the area/neighborhood where found, it may lead you back to it's home. Pekingese are very attached to their owners & I'm sure this baby is missing it's owner so much. 🥺 I am & have always owned Pekingese, so I know a lot about them. Thank you so much for taking care of this sweet little furbaby until it can be reunited with it's family! ❤️
