I know it feels like it’s been a really long time that your cat has been missing here is one last tip that might be helpful. Go to a Facebook group called LA underground cat rescue net work. You can ask if there are any community cat colony feeders in the area where he was lost. You’d be surprised how many people are feeding cats and cats can find them out. They need to be discreet because leaving cans and paper plates piss off Shop owners and residence and also encourage people to drop off Cats there. Show him a picture of your cat they are very aware of who shows up at their feeder and when a new cat Shows up. I would do another batch of a zillion flyers with the added message that somebody may have taken your cat please return them we know he’s a cool cat that’s why we love them our family misses him words to that effect. I will continue to pray for safe return of your cat
