Get a humane trap asap. Usually they are close by. Always monitor the trap carefully in case other pets and wildlife enter. You can get a trap at most hardware stores, tractor supply and amazon. In the meantime leave out food and water so he doesn’t leave in search of it. Always water no matter what. Notify neighbors and check under decks, in garages, sheds and crawl spaces. Set up a ring camera and ask neighbors to check theirs. Try the open door trick. Secure other pets and leave the door open just a bit especially in the early morning hours, so he can slip back in quietly on his own. Leave a trail of food leading inside. This does work. But get the trap asap. 🙏❤️
