Message from Finder
Roaming in traffic on the bridge. Nearly got hit. Came when we clapped once and called to him. Friendly. Put paws on bumper when told to load up in a kennel in our car but asked to have his bum lifted up. No collar. Microchip registered to a company that went out of business and lost their database.
