A similar looking cat appeared last year and lives in a park in Fremont, CA, has the tip of the right ear missing. Not sure if it is the same cat but the local residents and my wife feed and give water to the cat when we visit the park.

They found mine in less than two days I texted, give them a try hopefully they help you get yours back. The sooner the better
