Message from Finder
Spotted this little dog twice, roaming behind fenced area along the I-580 sound wall near Las Flores Rd between Double Tree Hotel and Sunrise Mobile Home Park. Saw on 9/7 or 9/8 at approximately 11am (barked & ran) and again 9/10 at approximately 4am (gave treats). Second sighting made me believe it could be lost or missing. Unable to get too close or coax to a carrier. Dog's coat is dirtier than a couple days ago as well.
