I was walking and seen this dog roaming around the neighborhood by power inn road, hes very friendly. If anyone knows who this dog belongs too let the owner know, hes not in my possession I just seen him roaming around and gave him some water he was super thirsty! Please help out!

You need to EDIT to Spotted there is a option for that.Post on Nextdoor App and Neighborsring App,put cross street with Power Inn Rd with date and time seen. Call Sacramento County Animal Control 9168749311 first. Informed them he's foaming at the mouth cause he's dehydrated and he's black you're free he's gonna get hit even tell them he almost got hit.... If you live close go check on him and put more water out he very well might just be lost

Is there anyway maybe perhaps next time that you see him then you can take him to the shelter or at least have him scan for a microchip
