I found these two dogs in the middle of the road beside a dead cat that I assumed got ran over before. Both of these dogs attacked my animals when I tried to bring them home. at first, I was going to keep them at my hse until I could find the owners, but the dogs are covered in fleas and they almost killed my cats so I took them to the shelter and there is no microchip.
