Found/Stray Cat in Norristown, PA 19401

Black /white tuxedo cat It took a month fed him outside for few weeks when got real cold I held my door open to come in to eat he responsded ate then ran out transitioned a few days later to stay at night only currently in my hse last 4-5 nights . He has let me near to pet him but not pick him up. 1st night he stayed used my cat who passed in July litter box 2xs he is friendly but cautious PLEASE HELP to capture have scanned and borrow transport I cannot keep him PLEASE HELP ME REUNITE and if not fostered /adopted he is NOT feral Thank you

I am a pet lover but am NOT able to keep and hope and pray to find the owners. PLEASE HELP.
