Message from Finder

Very friendly, even with cats. Seems to possibly be partially blind. I know he belongs to someone and they are missing him!

UPDATE: reunited with owner! His name is Charlie. The lady just moved to the area and is staying with a friend. She got a job and thought he would be ok outside in a fenced yard. Little booger dug himself out! She is going to have to pull some 12 hour shifts. My mom will dog sit for her until she gets her apartment on the 17th.
