Found this guy in the wheel well/undercarriage of my car as I drove leaving Columbia bank around approximately 1:30 PM yesterday. Currently got him set up with food water litter and toys, but he definitely seems like someones lost pet rather than just a stray. Would love to see him back to his proper home.
