Message from Owner

We are looking for my daughter's cat, Luna. She is an indoor cat, and this is the first time she has ever gotten out of the hse. We have been in hopes that she would have returned home by now, but has not. She is missing in the Garrett Ave and Savory Rd area. She has been reported missing with the Lexington Humanes Society. She's 4 yrs old, is spade & neutered as well as chipped. I am adding several pictures of her in hopes that she can be found and reunited with my daughter. Please message me or comment if you have seen her or may know her whereabouts.

Shared with prayers and put out some of the bedding and some of your dirty clothes so she can smell the way home

If you lost a pet: Visit Lexington-FayetteAnimal Care & Control or your local animal control in person every other day, strays can be adopted out after 3 days for cats, 5 days for dogs. Put flyers everywhere. Post to Lost and Found Pets of Lex Scroll Lost and Found Pets of of Lex and Pawboost for posts about found pets. Ignore suggestions re instagram If its been more than 3 days also need to visit Lex Humane Society daily.

Please check nearby storm drains and sewer pipes. Vehicle engines and tire wells. Attics, cabinets, closets, drawers, vents, and basements. Garages and sheds. Bushes, weeds, and trees. Under buildings and porches. In addition to other times, search outside at dawn and dusk when it's quiet. Using a flashlight may help. Set outside your daughter's old clothes so Luna may detect a familiar scent. Good luck.
