He was at ACCC and never claimed. Was transferred and adopted out.

The dog was at ACCC, unclaimed and transferred. If he was adopted out to a new family, legally the new family owns him now and will have all the documentation, unfortunately. After the hold time, the animal legally becomes city property and they transfer/adopt the dog out. This would be considered theft now. He should have been claimed at ACCC in the first place. 🥺🐾❤️
