Message from Finder
This cat has no collar and you can see from the eyes is clearly scared. When I saw it, it was thinking about drinking from the dog bowl with water left out in front of the complex office for pets. Did not look skinny or injured and I tried to follow it. Then it ducked into some bushes in the complex.
