Pitbull/Hound mix, around 8yrs old and maybe 40-45 lbs. Orange/Tan brindle with white belly, paws, paint dip tail and down the middle of his face and snout, with a freckled nose area

THIS IS MY HUSBAND'S SERVICE ANIMAL and has been our dog since he was born, growing up right alongside our now 8 yr old and our other children. He was a rescue and still experiences anxiety in a lot of situations, so please approach with a calm energy or he will likely run further. His tail has a slight bend from where he broke it as a puppy. He has only ever known us as his family and likely is in great distress missing us. He got out and ran trying to find us the day he went missing, but we had only recently moved to Hagerstown and he would not have been familiar with the area and likely followed our scent, which would have taken him to the block on Washington Ave between Winter and West Side, and on West Side between Washington St and Washington Ave. We circled the surrounding two blocks for hours going on mentions from neighbors seeing him, but then he disappeared. We also had someone report that he was seen near the traffic circle near the park shortly after that. We have reason to believe someone close by has him, as he was spotted by some friends being walked nearby by an average height, slender, dark haired male, which was also reported being seen driving a dark vehicle with our dog in the passenger seat near the same area.
