Hi my name is Steven Garza. I had lost my dog Gigi at the race Light Rail station. The way I lost her was. I was on my way home and these two males had approached me and tried to rob me for my backpack and my wallet at knifepoint one of them chased her away and the other one along with the other guy both chased after me with a knife that each of them had I am getting away but I had lost my dog when I had tried to go back for her she was nowhere to be found.. I know for a fact that these men did not get a hold of her because I seen them run back and get in their car and speed off ???????? can you please contact me back I'd really appreciate it. I miss her so much I've been crying everyday since that day. Please if you have any info on her where abouts please contact (408) 515-3167. I dont have much but im willing to give the person that finds her $100. Thank you

Put something out where you lost her that has your smell, like a jacket, or her bed. Dogs will return after the trauma is over to look for you. Go back there and wait for dark if you can. They wait to return til it’s quiet..space and opportunity to return. This happened to me and my baby returned to my car after five hours at dusk.

I just read how you lost your baby. I am so sorry that happened to you both. Have faith. I expect some good samaritan has her safe and it is a matter of getting the two of you back together. Please post flyers in the area, it will help. Also contact as many vets and animal control facilities as you can. Check on-online, phone, and visit in person. I hope to read of a successful reunion soon. I am glad you are safe.

If you have not already, please post flyers in the area where Gigi went missing, and knock on doors. Not everyone is on-line and/or a member of Nextdoor and/or subscribed to Pawboost. You might also ask folks to check their security monitors, if they have cameras... Might capture something useful in the footage. I hope to read a positive update soon.
