Message from Owner

Blackie is a family cat that has been raised with the family since birth I have her mother with me too she is about 6 to 7 months old and I'm not sure if somebody took her off of her leash or if she got off I'll buy herself but the reason why she cannot be inside the hse is because my stepdad is highly allergic and I am looking for a spot that I can keep her at inside she is used to being indoors but also outdoors me and my babies miss her n want her home

The only picture they could come up with was of their kids torturing the cat? And it was last seen on a leash outside, where they left it, because they won't let the cat inside? They have the mom too, think they're both fixed?? Let's see those vet records. Maybe the cat is in a better place
