This cat is very thin and has a worn out red plaid collar. It is VERY VOCAL! It has been in my garage since August 22, when I unexpectedly left the garage door open all night. It has food, water & a fan. I am unable to take it to check for a chip or tell whether it is male or female because it lunged at me.

I doubt it if it lunged at you. Someone probably abandoned him. He 's just hungry. Put a sign in your yard. Give him to someone who'll take of him. Try to get that collar off of him before he gets strangled with it. Thank you so much for helping him. Shared
