Owners will have pictures, paperwork or a vet reference. Y'all can call together or go to together, would be to verify ownership. Only the owner will have this information. Ask for their phone number and address and tell them you're gonna match it to their license and call their phone anybody that inquires, you ask this ask questions and question their answers... Dogfighters are gonna be the first to inquire.They will have proof of ownership and will lie to you and try to trick you.They will use women and children to do their dirty work.They will have absolutely ZERO proof of ownership. Again , ask questions , question their answers , no proof no dog

First thing you need to do is put up found. Dog signs immediately immediately time is of the essence. This old school way still works.
