Shared. If you have not yet done ALL these things, do them now. If you have, do them again and go further in your search. Notify Mississauga Animal Services and check their website for found cats. Carefully check around your home and property, focusing on small, hidden spots like closets, dresser drawers and hidden nooks and crannies in garages, sheds, basement etc. IF he's an intact male he may have chased unspayed females in heat and have trouble finding his way back home. If he was injured he may be hiding. Search all nearby shrubs, bushes and trees, window wells, garages and sheds. Ask nearby neighbours to do the same. Alert local vet offices, rescues and shelters. Alert local feral cat feeders who may spot him searching for food. See Pawboost for more ways to find and sample posters. Put a notice in nearby neighbours mailboxes, post on local notices boards, in community centres, churches and schools. Go out after dark bring food and treats, search a 5+ block radius, stop periodically and softly call but do not make any loud noises or sudden moves. Lost cats are terrified and do not recognize their owner as safe.

Place some of your clothing or his favourite blanket around the outside of your house. Go out at dusk and do a quiet search for your cat. Gently calling his name. Take a flashlight and look through bushes and under trees looking for his eyes in the dark. If your cat likes treats take those with you and shake the bag while you are doing the search. If you have a garage door try leaving it open a few inches so your cat can find their way in. This worked for bringing my cat home. Good luck bringing your kitty home! ❤️❤️

Try putting the cat's litter walks out by the door and anything that the cat lies on. They've got a great sense of smell nocturnal and probably hiding don't usually go too far. I did this work for me I hope it works for you good luck
