Description
Tuxedo coat meaning black with white paws a white chest belly and the very tip of his tail. He also has a white "T" on the back of his neck he is the smartest dog I have ever known. He's super gentle and very well mannered when he was picked up I was not with him as we had been displaced from the fires. He is my life my prescribed emotional support animal. My only family and my only friend. Please help me and my boy get reunited. Thank you.
Message from Owner
Rosco has been my sanity and my support. He has been inspiration to actually live my life. He is the most intelligent dog I have known and has a capacity for further learning and much more understanding. Rosco has been with me for the last six years and has stayed with me through the coldest nights and worst days. He was always ready to play and smile with me. I miss him terribly. I pray this message finds my puppy and brings him home to me. I love you Rosco. I'm so sorry I wasn't there that day
