Wherever he came from, unless he was on the run for a very long time, please don’t let him go back. He is way too skinny to have been properly cared for. Thank you for saving this precious soul. It breaks my heart 💔… Thank God he is safe! God bless you for helping this sweet baby!😩🙏♥️
