Last seen on 143rd st and 92nd. We've had Iris since a baby. we bottle fed him, we have other cats as well, he usually goes off for a day or two but has always come back. he's about 2 years old now. kind of think he stays with somebody else just because it's weird for a cat to stay gone like that... thank goodness he come back all other times. he likes to talk and he has such a distinct meow from other cats, super friendly like all my other cats are. 40 plus years I've lived here. we lost one of his siblings last year.I know we could get Iris back! have you seen him? praying both 🫤

THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR Responses AND ADVICE.! Iris is known to go WAY further than most cats do. Used to have a tracker on him before it popped off and we were Amazed how far he went. Ive always had outdoor indoor cats in this neighborhood 40+ years I know the risks, never had a problem till past year. 🫤

.Please place its bedding 🛏 outside, along with the owner's unwashed clothing👚👖 front and back door 🚪with a contents of tuna 🐟 on each entrance, you can leave your garage door a bit open as well. In case it comes in that way. And leaving food there as well...supervise food outdoors. Also vacuumed home 🧹dirt in a stocking hanging it in front and back of home🏡 enterence . You can also add some catnip 🌱in a stocking hanging by your entrances. Show your neighbors 🖼picture of the cat. Ten houses to the left ten house to the right front and back if they spot him to give you a call☎️ immediately. Go early in the ☀️morning and shake treats calling the cats name when things are quiet.. Tell neighbors to check their sheds and garage.Just in case it's trapped.. Also, you can install a camera 📹to monitor and see if the cat is around your house . You can even ask your local animal 🐱 shelter to rent out safe trap and monitor it.. dk if owner is on here; that's been downside to Pawboost..ppl share and the owner isn't aware...I'll try reaching out to owner via the options given in post; great advice..they need to get Missing Cat flyers up for both cats...think this post mentions another cat that has been missing for a long time..and if lucky/blessed to have cat return/be safe, keep inside...9 lives is alot to have but when they are outside, there's alot of consequences for them...

Do this immediately.....Put something with his scent on it and put it on the on the porch. Walk your neighborhood and call him, do it again as late as possible (they suggest 3 am). He won’t come out right away, even when he hears you, he will only come out of hiding when he feels it’s safe. They’re usually only 3-5 houses away hunkered down somewhere.
