Rosalie Troha yeah they just adopted him and his original name was taco but she renamed him rio. The cops found him and he is being returned!

There is another 10-year-old beagle boy being posted as lost in the same area, but they posted that his name is Taco. Is this one and the same dog? Did they change his name when they adopted him?
