Our cat has been missing for a week and we all miss her every day. We would be grateful for any information you have or know about her whereabouts. She normally comes back home daily and for meals but one day she didn’t.

It’s very true, it wasn’t my choice to let her out to begin with. Unfortunately my worst fear came true and i regret ever letting her out now more than ever. While she was still here, I assure you she was very loved and happy.

it never ends well for outdoor cats even if they have indoor access. we love our cats every much & have learned to take them on stroller/leash walks, catio over letting them go outside—where they have to fight to live. hope yours will make it home & that you are outside every night & day looking.

STELLA may love being outside and I’m sure you have taken all the steps to get her home again and should that materialize PLEASE CONSIDER KEEPING HER IN. It's obvious you love her, miss her and want to keep her safe. There are so many reasons I could list to NOT let your cat roam, but I'm sure you have heard them all. You gamble with your cat’s life every time you let it outdoors. Is it really worth it? If you love them keep them inside. A cat tree by a window, a bird feeder and bird bath outside and some toys inside and you know for sure she will always be safe. My wish for you and your special pet is that she comes back home. GOOD LUCK ❤

She/he could easily have ventured further than normal from being scared off from either prey or loud noises pushing her/him away from where it’s familiar. Try going outside their usual perimeter and placing things that smell of home (like shreds of a blanket or shirt, or vacuum bag contents) trailing back to your area that she/he knows.
