Message from Finder
we saw this dog today around 3:30pm. we did attempt to get closer to it to bring it to a vet or at least get a better look at the collar. it was skittish and kept running off. this is near a couple very fast, busy roads (mcdonough blvd se and boulevard se) and we didn’t want it to end up running out into either one of those roads. i’m sorry we couldn’t do more.
