Take for a free chip scan. Does he looked groomed? Check with groomers in the area to see if any know him. Also try walking him around the area where found. He may belong to a senior who isn’t on social media but may have put up a missing dog poster. Thank you for helping this sweet geriatric gentleman 🙏🐾💕
