Cream colored chow chow

Message from Finder

loose dog seen this AM around 0800 on Alexandria Dr around Valley Park. appears to be a chow chow. I wanted to stop but there was nowhere for me to pull off, and I was worried with how scared it was off, it was going to run into traffic. I called animal control and someone had already called them and they were on their way there.
