Possibly a pitbull or Rottweiler, female, Dark brown with a tan face and chest, very wide collar (2in at least)

This adorable baby is searching for food, and someone to play with. She's following people home and then coming back, also crossing over el Dorado and back a lot. She was there from 10:30am to at least 12:15pm but I left then so I'm not sure any more. She's also going into the neighborhood across the street.
