A few days ago, I saw a black cat in my neighbor’s yard. I couldn’t get a close up of him, I had my dog with me, before he ran away. He looked quite large, and had an injured leg/paw. I saw him last year too, with the injury, but was never able to catch him. I also don’t see him often. So if the year on when he went missing is correct, it’s possible it’s the same cat. I do live in Pleasant Valley though- not far driving wise from your location.
