That dog has been in my neighborhood for over a year. No idea who owns it but I keep a bowl of water by my front door and he use to come and drink from it. It’s been a while since I’ve seen him. He’s a bit scared of people but has never been aggressive. I guess his previous owners or someone on the streets did something to him. Poor baby on that busy road.
